345wen Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

§1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "345wen", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the 345wen online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 345wen.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "You", "the Player", or "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, browses, or interacts with any part of the 345wen platform.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 345wen platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 345wen platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

345wen reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following material amendments. Failure to re-confirm when requested may result in temporary suspension of your account pending your confirmation.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 345wen platform is strictly restricted. To be eligible to register and participate in real-money gaming activities on 345wen, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 345wen enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering and playing as a private individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering with 345wen. 345wen accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

§4 Account Registration

To access real-money features on the 345wen platform, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must keep this information current and promptly update it if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 345wen platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password.

KYC documentation — including a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address — may be requested at any time. Players from Pakistan may use their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as their primary identity document. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC has been satisfactorily completed.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

345wen supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 345wen's sole discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within your 345wen account dashboard at the time of transaction. 345wen does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 345wen reserves the right to limit, modify, or revoke bonus eligibility for any player at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

§7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 345wen platform — including live casino tables (Sic Bo, baccarat, roulette), sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, international fixtures), slot titles, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Registering more than one account on the 345wen platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the 345wen platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature, whether or not the exploit results in financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to access the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Accessing the 345wen platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or causes harm to other users, 345wen staff, or the integrity of the platform.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 345wen platform — including but not limited to the 345wen brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 345wen or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345wen platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any 345wen content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 345wen brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by 345wen.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine forming part of the 345wen platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 345wen platform on any other website or digital property.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wen, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 345wen platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the platform.
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or platform downtime beyond 345wen's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or SadaPay.
• Any actions taken by 345wen in good faith in response to suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.

The 345wen platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345wen does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times, although we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a high standard of service availability for our Pakistani players.

§12 Amendments & Termination

345wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, or immediately upon publication where no effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 345wen platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

Termination by 345wen: 345wen may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 345wen is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
• 345wen ceases to operate in your jurisdiction.
• Your account shows prolonged inactivity in accordance with 345wen's dormant account policy.

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting 345wen support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 345wen with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
